Meet Your Facilitators

Tom Meier

Equis Consulting
Tom Meier is a human resource consultant with more than 20 years experience in the areas of organizational and employee development. His areas of expertise include career management, leadership development, personality assessment, and organizational change. Tom’s client service background has ranged from workshop facilitation for large groups to providing individualized coaching services for executive, management, and staff level employees.
In addition to graduating from Indiana University, Tom has received the Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coaching certification and is a qualified administer of the Strong Interest Inventory, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Lominger suite of 360 feedback and development products.
Industries served include; insurance, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, service, academia, and not-for-profits. Clients Tom has partnered with include; JP Morgan Chase, Farm Bureau Insurance, Lincoln National Insurance, Swiss ReInsurance, Trimedx Healthcare Equipment Services, Trader.com, Butler University, Eli Lilly and Company, Hewlett Packard, and Sallie Mae.

Firouzeh Dittmar

Beyond Belonging Consulting
Ms. Dittmar’s experience in property management and passion for inclusion birthed Beyond Belonging Consulting. She is skilled in building successful teams, creating, and implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) programs including training, to increase psychological safety and awareness throughout organizations. Ms. Dittmar is a trusted advisor for organizations to align with ESG for the social impact of inclusion.
Ms. Dittmar received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in Human Relations – Inclusive Leadership with an emphasis on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Social Justice Work from The University of Oklahoma. She is a former member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and was Co-Chair of the DEI Committee, held her Real Estate Salesperson License in AZ (expired), sits on the board of Running for Real Estate, and is a volunteer with Chicken Nugget and Gang, supporting the fair treatment and care of animals.
